We spent the day doing yard work. Or I should say that N did the yard work while I panicked about everything we have to do to the house to get it ready to put on the market. But it's going to be okay. [deep breathing] After crying for about five minutes, I was much calmer.I'm working on a lovely sock though, so there's solace in that. It's very soothing. Maybe I could throw in a few pairs of hand knit socks to the house sale--that could totally be the tipping point in our favor, no?

Nice gesture, but since everyone loves a good bungalow, I'm sure the sock giveaway won't be necessary. When does your agent want to put it on the market?
