I haven't been getting much knitting done since Blue the Brother came to visit--a row here and a row there, mostly on the Sally Melville gauntlets that I love but keep putting down to work on more pressing projects. I can't show you the interesting colorway from Artyarns because my memory card was full when I went to photograph them, so maybe tomorrow. Claire the sister has requested a bag like the one I made Heather for the bag swap--that's something to think about. I promised her a hat, and even completed one, but I later frogged it when it just didn't look good on my head. It was the bear bonnet in S'n'B Nation. Sort of a strange hat to begin with. I'm also dreaming of some sort of Fair Isle sweater, and there's still the Kauni yarn which tempts and taunts me everytime I walk past it. Anyway, here's a photo of dinner last week: curried sweet potato hash thingie. Don't you think I could have been one of Bob's Babes or Barker's Beauties (or whatever they're called) on The Price Is Right in another lifetime? Me neither. These are the kinds of photos clogging my camera, preventing me from showing you beautiful yarn.
