Mustard Mittens.

I finished these Very Cabley Mittens for Neph for Christmas. They're wonderful and warm, and now I really need to make some for myself (have you noticed the highs lately? Where the hell are we, the Yukon Territory?!).

We're off to Lava Hot Springs for the long weekend. It's even colder there, but at least we'll be soaking in hot water most of the time.

purty mittens. N. is a lucky guy.

Have fun in LHSprings. What a weird place that is! There's an excellent Thai restaurant there ... ask around, it's on a back street (they're all back streets).

yes yes on the Thai restaurant--as I recall it's just across the street from the Lava Mental Hospital/Hotel. You know the one.

Aura Soma Lava bookstore was where I bought my copy of Cunt.

Have a wonderful time.

I noticed your mitts at SnB. They were very cute. Somehow we were transported to Antarctica without our permission!!!!!!

Thinking of you today as the snow falls down in an impressive manner, snug in your hot pools and funky hotel rooms. Drive home safely!

I just looked up the weather and it said the high was -3oC in Salt Lake. I would love it if it was as warm as -3! It was -20 oC this morning in Calgary! I think I need a vacation!
Cute mittens however, they look very warm.
