Here, There, Everywhere.

More photos, since I don't have time for anything else.
We went to the Downtown Gallery Stroll a few weeks ago. My sister Camilla curated a print show at Kayo Gallery; she and my siblings Blue and Claire had prints in it. There was also a horse coin ride on the street in front. It ate a lot of our quarters.

After Kayo, Claire, her boyfriend Alex, and my brother Orson and I hit the design studios of Black Chandelier, a local funky designer label. The studios were open for a little peek at their new children's line. Claire has a friend who works as an illustrator for the label; it was cool to see his workspace. Above is the toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Below is a display of marionettes in Jared Gold's office.

Here, from left, Alex, Orson, Jonah, and me.

I've been reading the Twilight trilogy instead of knitting when I have a second or two. Anybody else read these yet?

I love a good gallery stroll...so fun.

I just finished the third book in the Twilight trilogy. I felt like a giddy teenager reading them. Who knew I had a thing for vampires?

My sister Heidi likes them; she recommended 'em to me. I waited several weeks to get the first one from the library, but when I got it I didn't feel like reading about vampires...I should try again, shouldn't I?

I think I'm avoiding the Twilight series simply because everyone else loves it so much. Isn't that silly? I'm glad you are enjoying them. Honestly, I just haven't really found the time to read them yet. Too many other things to read and knit and spin!

I have read the first book. Very addicting.
