This is a test, but I think that it's going to work. If it does work, I owe Heather a huge debt of gratitude.This is the tart that I made for mine and Stitch'n'Snitch's birthday celebration with the SnB Grrrls back in September. It's a pear tart with vanilla bean pastry cream and a Maytag blue cheese crust. The recipe is from Deer Valley's "Chocolate Snowball" dessert cookbook, and I loooove it. If this test does go through, I gotta thank all the folks who made that day so wonderful.

Wait, I'm confused. Did you make another tart or is this just the photo of the one we devoured on your birthday. I'm losing it. *sigh*
That looks delicious! Hope you and family had a wonderful Thanksgiving, though I do agree that there are both positive and negative sides to the whole holiday thing.
